Our policy lasts for 30 days. After 30 days of having made your purchase we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when it was purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue a refund to the buyer and they will know of your return.
